MEAD QUEST – QR LIVE GAME
Thank you for being part of the Mead Quest QR Game at “Meading at the Garden” this April 5th! We are grateful to have you be part of this game! Please fill out the below form so we can add you to the quest!
Although not required, we appreciate any contribution to cover cost of printing signage and promo cards (or mead gifts) that go to support the Mead Wizard’s endeavors.

We have a fun story aspect woven into the game to inspire participants to join our quest to spread the mead. The story starts…
In a time long past, the golden elixir known as Mead was the lifeblood of magic and wisdom, inspiring poets, spellcasters, and celebrations across the land. But a great darkness stole its power, leaving the world barren of joy and connection. Now, the call has gone out to restore the sacred Mead! Begin your journey with the enigmatic Mead Wizard and venture to four legendary meaderies to reclaim its fragments. Will you rise as the hero to bring back the magic and light to the land? The fate of the ancient wisdom lies in your hands!
- Event participants will be given a card to register on our website.
- Once they register, they will be given 5 quests to visit our sponsor/participants. The website will randomly assign them to different booths for their quest.
- They must visit each of the locations and scan the QR code at the event and check off they completed the quest.
- Participants that complete all 5 quests will be entered into raffle prizes.
- There is no additional fee or payment required to participate in the game.
- Create additional incentive for visitors to come to your booth.
- Exposure of your meadery/business on our website, social mead, and follow up promo emails.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
By applying for sponsorship in the Mead Quest program, you (the “Applicant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Guarantee of Results
Mead Quest does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increased traffic, sales, or visibility, from participation in the program. Any benefits derived from sponsorship are at the sole discretion of the Applicant and subject to external factors beyond our control.
2. No Warranty or Guarantees
Mead Quest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, success, or outcomes of the sponsorship. Participation is provided “as-is,” and Mead Quest disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from participation.
3. Standards of Conduct
Mead Quest reserves the right to evaluate the conduct, reputation, and practices of all sponsored meaderies. Should we determine, at our sole discretion, that a meadery is acting in a manner inconsistent with the values or mission of Mead Quest, or is engaging in unethical, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to remove the meadery from the program immediately and without prior notice.
4. Use of Promotional Materials
Applicants grant Mead Quest a limited, non-exclusive license to use their names, logos, and associated materials for promotional purposes related to the Mead Quest program. All provided materials must be lawful and free of any claims of copyright infringement or violations of third-party rights. Mead Quest reserves the right to request edits or removal of any promotional content that does not align with the program’s standards.
5. Force Majeure
Mead Quest is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to fulfill obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Compliance with Laws
All Applicants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding advertising, business operations, and alcohol production, distribution, and sales. Mead Quest reserves the right to remove any meadery found to be in violation of such laws from the program.
7. Non-Disparagement
By participating in the Mead Quest program, Applicants agree not to publicly disparage or denigrate Mead Quest, its affiliates, or other program participants. Similarly, Mead Quest agrees not to publicly disparage any participating meadery without justification or evidence of violation of these terms.
8. Modification and Termination
Mead Quest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sponsorship program or these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Changes will be communicated to all participants, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Indemnification
The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mead Quest, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the sponsorship program, including but not limited to third-party claims related to the Applicant’s products, services, or conduct.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
11. Acknowledgment of Terms
By submitting a sponsorship application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
